HOW WE WORK
A clear, four-stage survey process.
Every job follows the same disciplined sequence,
whether it’s a quarter-acre plot or a 200 hectare estate.
1. DOCUMENT REVIEW
Examine title and existing survey records
2. SITE SURVEY
Verify boundaries, beacons and ground conditions.
3. SUBDIVISION PLANNING
Prepare the subdivision scheme and obtain necessary approvals.
4. FIELD DEMARCATION
You receive plans and coordinates, with lodging at the Survey of Kenya where required.
5. MUTATION & REGISTRATION
Prepare and process mutation documents and update the cadastral records.
6. TITLE PROCESSING
Process the resultant parcels through Lands/Ardhisasa and facilitate issuance of the individual titles.
